OUR Real Estate is a boutique real estate brokerage based in Newport, Rhode Island. They wanted a simple brand identity that clearly communicated their belief that “real estate is for everyone”, and their desire to establish 1:1 connections (i.e. buyer and seller, landlord and tenant). We achieved this by establishing two halves that become a whole to make up the O in OUR.

OUR’s color palette is a bright and fresh compliment to their black and white logo. It was applied to custom illustrated wallpaper in their offices that reference Newport’s history as a maritime destination.
